We have various methods if you wish to make an appointment.
By phone
Our main method for requesting an appointment or to make any enquiry with Frithwood Surgery is by phone.
From 8am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) :

Face to face and telephone appointments are available. When you get in touch, our Reception team, who are trained in Care Navigation, will ask what you need help with. This is to ensure you receive the most appropriate healthcare in the most appropriate timescale. Clinicians also find this helps them prepare for the appointment, i.e. if it is an on-going issue, they can review notes in advance.
We highly recommend you contact the practice by phone in the first instance as this guarantees an immediate response to your enquiry.
On the rare occasions that we cannot get to your call immediately, you will be informed of your place in the queue. At this time, if you prefer, you may request a call back whilst not losing your current place in the queue.
By using our online triage service
As well as phoning the practice, between 8am – 6.30pm, you can also request an appointment or raise a medical query by using our link:

By booking online
Use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) or SystmOnline to book an appointment or vaccination. These methods do not display all appointments, so if there is not a convenient date or time, please contact the surgery by phone.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
